Terms and conditions of entry:

1. Horse/pony sports are dangerous. Neither the Tapner Eventing Team nor Wickstead Equestrian Centre, nor the landowner, nor any persons acting on their behalf can accept any liability for loss, damage, accident or injury to any persons, horses, dogs or property.
2. It is compulsory that all riders wear hats/helmets up to British Standard Riding Hats conforming to BS PAS 015 1998, BS EN 1384, or ASTMF 1163 95.
3. Riding is a risk sport and it is advised that all riders wear body protectors to the latest BETA standard.
4. Any person entering Wickstead Equestrian Centre who is under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
5. All dogs must be kept on leads and under control at all times.
6. Mucking out horseboxes on site is forbidden.
7. All gates must be kept closed.
8. You note and accept there will be a no medical or veterinary cover on site.
9. All clinics may be cancelled without notice in the event of adverse weather. In the event of adverse weather it is recommended that you check on 07979 646765 before departing.
10. All horses/ponies must be four years old or over.
11. In the event of clinic cancellation, entry fees will be returned on receipt of a SAE. A £5 admin fee is retained.
12. Withdrawals/cancellations will only have their entry fees returned on receipt of a vet or doctor's certificate and a SAE within 7 days of the time of withdrawal. A £5 admin fee is retained.
13. Entries will close 7 days before the clinic and will be taken on a first come first served basis.
